Backup & Disaster Recovery Services

NRS is our entry level online backup and restore system which allows you to securely transfer and store data from servers, desktops and notebooks to NCI cloud servers. With NRS, you have the ability to control all your off-site backups on all your devices. NRS Supports Exchange, SQL, Oracle and MySQL. Restores can be initiated using our NRS client or by using any browser.

nCloud Backup is a service which replicates local backup images from leading backup providers to NCI Cloud servers and enables multiple disaster recovery options for our clients. This service allows the client to choose a specific image-based backup solution for their local backups and continuously replicate the backup images to NCI cloud servers. We can build a local BDR solution for your specific needs or use one you may already own.

For the utmost in business continuity, nCloud DR has the ability to recover servers either on-site or off-site in the cloud, as the situation dictates. nCloud DR enables our engineers to bring up client infrastructure, such as mission critical servers and applications, in a virtual cloud environment on an emergency or as needed basis. With powerful virtual routing and firewalling features, fully transparent access to virtualized servers is realized.

nCloud services are powered by enterprise hardware solutions co-located in large-scale, secure, enterprise-grade datacenters in Atlanta, Salt Lake City, and Kansas City. These facilities are designed for 99.999% reliability (no more than 5 minutes average downtime per year), are SSAE 16 Type II Certified (replacement for SAS 70 Type II), and are HIPAA and PCI Compliant. While specifications of each facility vary slightly, all are designed to be highly secure and fault tolerant.
